If you’ve already received a quote by email, the easiest way to complete it is by clicking the link in your email. You can make any changes to your choice and who you want on your plan as you go through the subscription questions.

Plans B and C include a standard co-pay of €2,000 for specified orthopaedic procedures, and a co-pay of €400 for specified ophthalmic procedures.
Plan D includes a standard co-pay of €1,000 for specified orthopaedic procedures, and a co-pay of €300 for specified ophthalmic procedures.
Plan Pro and Plan Pro+ include a standard co-pay of €4,000 for specified orthopaedic procedures, and a co-pay of €400 for specified ophthalmic procedures.
Plan E offers full cover with no co-pay for specified orthopaedic and specified ophthalmic procedures.
Our annual multi-trip travel insurance, provided by Allianz and included with all our core plans - A,B,C,D and E, covers accidents, emergencies, lost luggage, and repatriation when abroad. Full details of the free travel insurance policy are available here.
All of our plans include international health cover for issues that might occur when you’re outside Ireland. For details of our international health cover, check our Tables of Cover.
You may have to serve waiting periods if you take out health insurance for the first time, or if it has been more than 13 weeks since you last had private health insurance.
If you’ve already served waiting periods with your previous insurer for a comparable plan, you don’t need to serve them again when you switch to Level Health.
