How do I activate the free travel insurance?
Once you sign up for a Level Health core plan - A,B,C,D or E, you are automatically opted in for the travel insurance policy. Your travel insurance policy documents will be available on the 'My Documents' section of your Level Health customer app or by accessing your online customer portal.
Does the free travel insurance cover family members?
The free travel insurance covers all customers on the Level Health policy on a core plan. This means plan A, B, C, D or E.
Is there a limit on the number of trips covered by the travel insurance?
The travel insurance covers multiple trips per year, with a duraiton of each trip of up to 60 days.
How do I make a claim under the travel insurance policy?
If you need to claim under the travel insurance policy, you submit your receipts directly to Allianz Partners who will pay your claim in line with your cover and the policy terms and conditions.
