What cash benefits are included in Level Health plans?
All plans include cash benefits for everyday health expenses, with no excess. Higher-level plans also provide additional cash benefits.
Do all plans cover GP visits and other everyday health expenses?
Yes, all Level Health plans offer cashback for everyday health expenses, including GP visits, physiotherapy and counselling. Claiming is simple - just upload your receipts through the claims tool in the app, and you'll be reimbursed in a few days.
What maternity and fertility benefits are available?
Plans B, C, D & E as well as Plan Pro provide comprehensive hospital maternity cover and fertility benefits.
What is a waiting period?
A waiting period is a time period you need to wait before you can claim for a particular benefit on your plan. The amount of time you have to wait will vary depending on whether the claim is for a new condition, a pre-existing condition, a maternity claim or for an upgrade in cover.
What waiting periods will I need to serve with Level Health?
If you are new to health insurance and have never had cover, waiting periods will apply to new and pre-existing conditions. However, if you are a switcher and are switching from a comparable level of cover, there is no re-serving of waiting periods.
What is an Upgrade Waiting Period?
A 2 year upgrade waiting period is applied when you increase your level of cover from what you had. The waiting period only applies to pre-existing conditions and not for any new conditions that may develop after you upgrade.

All Level Health customers can access the exclusive Aviva perks, such as discounts on home, car, and mortgage protection insurance.
