QuickClinic also offers appointment based video consultations with a nutritionist, psychologist or physiotherapist.
Are there any limits on how often I can use QuickClinic?
No! There is unlimited usage of all services on QuickClinic.
When are the services on QuickClinic available?
All of the on-demand services including message-a-doctor, message-a-mental health professional, message-a-midwife are all available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Appointment based services are available Mon - Fri 9 - 5.30pm.
How do I access QuickClinic services?
You can access QuickClinic directly through the Level Health app, from WhatsApp via the link you receive when you join Level Health or by logging in to the customer portal via the website.
Can I use QuickClinic for mental health support?
Yes, QuickClinic offers on-demand access to mental health professionals for messaging, as well as options to book mental health assessments or psychologist appointments for more detailed consultations.
What is the TRAK. Physio service?
TRAK. Physio combines digital and in-person physiotherapy. After booking a session, the AI-driven platform helps ensure you're doing prescribed exercises correctly, allowing for convenient, verified care from home.
Can the doctor issue prescriptions sick notes and give referral letters?
Yes, if medically necessary, your doctor will issue a prescription to a pharmacy of your choice as well as medically necessary sick notes and referral letters for specialist consultants or A&E. A referral for a scan or any type of radiology will need to be obtained via a face-to-face consultation.

Can members under 18 use QuickClinic?
Yes. Doctor and prescription services are available to access for children. The policyholder or other adult on the policy should login and choose the child's name for the consultation.
Appointment-based services - Nutritionist, Psychologist and Physiotherapy are available to all customers over the age of 18.
