How do I download the Level Health app?

What can I do with the Level Health app?
The app allows you to manage your health insurance, submit claims, and if you are on one of our core plans, access on-demand medical advice from doctors, midwives, mental health professionals and physios or to book QuickClinic appointments. In the app you can access your digital ID card, and find nearby urgent care centres. You can also access all of your documents for your policy.
Is the Level Health app free to use?
Yes, the Level Health app is completely free for all members. Simply download it and log in with your Level Health account details to access your plan’s benefits.
How do I submit a claim through the app?
You can submit claims quickly using our claims tool in the app. Just upload your receipts and we'll process your claim quickly. Claims payouts are available via bank transfer or Revolut.
What if I forget my login details?
If you forget your login details, you can reset your password directly through the app by selecting "Forgot password" on the login screen. Follow the prompts, and you'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
